The USJ-R Commerce team placed First-runner up in the Visayas eliminations of the Intercollegiate Finance Competition (ICFC) held on September 23, 2011. USJ-R emerged as one of the top 10 schools in the national level. As such, the team competed in the finals held at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on October 2011.    A total of 82 schools participated in the ICFC eliminations.
